2. A penny at pOpshelf is register-only: it is never orderable online, and the same item at a Dollar General is usually still full price.

4. The register is the final word, and a cashier can decline a penny sale. Be polite and don't push.

Match the exact item number, not just the look — small differences in packaging, size, or wording are the tell.
