Filler paper that tears cleanly out of the pack, sits flat in a binder, and does not bleed ink through to the other side is what you are actually looking for when you buy filler paper. KAISA filler paper has clean holes that line up with standard three ring binders without tearing after a few page turns. Pen works fine on it, and pencil too. No smearing, no bleed through. The lines are faint enough that they stay out of the way when you are actually writing. Comes in a pack size that lasts a reasonable amount of time through regular use. Good for school, note taking, drafting, and any situation where you need lined paper that actually performs the way lined paper should.
